UGC & Ambassador collaboration with Lotika

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Czech brand Lotika.

Our UGC & Ambassador Program is designed for satisfied customers of our brand who wish to share their experiences with Lotika products, participate in promoting Czech sustainable fashion, and earn rewards for what they typically do for free.

The program is based on a simple principle:

  • you wear our products
  • you create authentic content
  • you recommend Lotika products
  • you earn rewards for purchases

Joining the Program

Individuals with content creation experience (photos, videos, reviews, or active social media) and who already have experience with Lotika products are eligible to join the UGC & Ambassador program.

If you are interested in collaboration, register here. The collaboration runs through the popular UpPromote platform.

Remuneration

Once approved for the program, each ambassador will receive their own discount code to share with their followers.

If a customer uses an ambassador's discount code when making a purchase:

  • the customer receives a 5% discount on the entire purchase
  • the ambassador receives a 10% commission on the order value

The commission is calculated from the value of the paid order, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and other fees.

Form of Rewards

Rewards are provided in the form of discount coupons that can be used to purchase Lotika products. The coupon value corresponds to the earned reward. Discount coupons are not exchangeable for cash. The minimum reward amount for issuing a discount coupon is 40 €.

How Remuneration Works

Each ambassador receives their own discount code, which defines a discount for the customer and a reward for the ambassador. A reward is generated only for:

  • completed and paid orders
  • orders placed using the assigned discount code.

No commission is generated for:

  • cancelled orders
  • returned orders
  • unpaid orders
  • orders obtained by fraudulent or unethical means.

Content and Promotion

Ambassadors can create and publish, in particular: photos, videos, reels, stories, reviews, and other content related to Lotika products. Content should be authentic, truthful, and must not violate the rights of third parties. Lotika does not set a specific scope of activity. The success of the collaboration primarily depends on the ambassador's own activity.

Labeling Collaboration

If required by legal regulations or platform rules, the ambassador undertakes to properly label the collaboration as advertising or commercial content.

Content Sharing

If the ambassador tags Lotika's profile or sends their content to Lotika as part of the collaboration, they agree that Lotika may share and use it on its social networks and websites.

Termination of Collaboration

The ambassador may terminate their participation in the program at any time. Lotika reserves the right to terminate the collaboration, especially in the event of:

  • breach of these terms
  • damaging the brand's reputation
  • fraudulent conduct

Final Provisions

By joining the program, the ambassador confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Lotika reserves the right to change the program terms at any time or to terminate the program.

UGC collaboration - barter

If you don't want to be part of our ambassador program but enjoy creating authentic content, you can participate in a one-time UGC collaboration.

How the collaboration works

  • you select Lotika products with a total value of up to 80 €,
  • you will receive the products from us as a barter collaboration,
  • if you choose a more expensive product for presentation, you will pay the difference exceeding 80 €,
  • you create UGC content (photos and video) for the brand according to pre-agreed specifications,
  • you provide us with the created content for use on social networks, websites, and in the marketing materials of the Lotika brand.

What we expect from you

  • authentic photos and short videos with Lotika products,
  • natural capture of products in everyday use,
  • delivery of content by the agreed deadline.

How to apply

If you are interested in a one-time UGC collaboration, please email us at katka @ lotika.cz.

In the email, please include:

  • a specific proposal for the UGC post (photo + video) that you are able to prepare,
  • which products you would like to use within the collaboration,
  • links to your social media,
  • examples of your previous work or references.

We generally do not respond to generic emails such as "I would like to collaborate with you" or "I am interested in barter". We receive a large number of such messages every day. If you are genuinely interested in collaboration, please take the time to prepare your offer. The more specific your proposal is and the better we can imagine the resulting content, the greater the chance of establishing cooperation.

Use of created content

By submitting the created content, the creator grants the Lotika brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, time and territory unlimited license to use the provided photos and videos for Lotika marketing purposes, especially for use on websites, social networks, in advertising campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

We decide on the selection of creators individually, and the number of places for barter collaboration is limited.

Do I have to be a Lotika customer to participate in the UGC & Ambassador program?

Yes, this program is exclusively for our brand's customers. We only collaborate with creators who have personal experience with Lotika and voluntarily use our products in their daily lives.

We believe that the most authentic content comes from a genuine relationship with the brand and its products.

Can I participate even if I only bought a Lotika product recently?

Yes. It is important that you have personal experience with our products and can recommend them based on your own use.

Can I apply for the UGC & Ambassador program after a barter collaboration?

Yes, previous participation in barter collaboration does not exclude participation in our program. However, it is recommended to create new photos and videos for the UGC & ambassador program.

Is participation in the program automatic?

No. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application. We are looking for creators who truly use our brand and share its values.

Do I need to have a certain number of followers?

For the UGC & Ambassador program, the number of followers is not decisive. More important is authentic content, an active profile, and a genuine connection to sustainable fashion and the Lotika brand.

For UGC barter collaboration, the number of followers is one of the criteria we use to decide on collaboration.

Do you offer barter collaboration in exchange for a social media post?

Yes, we can also offer barter cooperation. More information about the terms of barter cooperation can be found in the "UGC collaboration - barter" section.

Can I get free products for testing?

Yes, but only up to a limited value within a UGC barter collaboration.

How do I redeem my reward from the ambassador program?

For the earned reward, you will receive discount coupons from us, which can be used to purchase Lotika products on our website. Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

How will I find out about my reward?

Reward information is available in the UpPromote app. More detailed information about the app is provided below.

How much can I earn in rewards as an ambassador?

The amount of rewards is individual and depends primarily on how actively you recommend our brand and how many customers use your discount code. Some ambassadors get discounts on several products a year, while others regularly acquire new Lotika products without additional payment thanks to the program.

There is no limit to how much you can earn in rewards. The average order value on our e-shops in the last year is 220 € -> i.e., with a 10% reward, an ambassador earns an average of 22 € per order. Thus, typically, 4 orders are enough to get a new dress for free.

Can I have my rewards paid out to my bank account?

No, we do not offer this option. We provide rewards exclusively in the form of discount coupons for the purchase of Lotika products.

Our UGC & ambassador program is designed for customers who love our products, wear them regularly, and naturally want to recommend the Lotika brand to others. They can then use the rewards to purchase more items from our range.

Where can I publish content?

You can share the content on your social networks, blog, or other platforms where you are active. It is important that the content is authentic and matches your usual communication style.

What are the prohibited methods of promotion?

It is not permitted to promote the Lotika brand on platforms or in content that violates good morals or legal regulations, especially on websites with inappropriate, sexually explicit, illegal, or disinformation content.

Furthermore, it is not permitted to use paid advertising (e.g., PPC campaigns, social ads, etc.) directly targeting the Lotika brand, its name, trademarks, or their variations, for the purpose of earning commission or reward within the program.

Do I need to tag Lotika's profile?

It's not mandatory, but we'd appreciate it if you could tag Lotika's profile in your posts. This will make it easier for us to find your content and possibly share it with others, helping to increase your profile's visibility.

Can Lotika share my content?

Yes. By tagging Lotika's profile or submitting your content to us, you agree that we may share it on our social media channels or website.

Untagged content is considered private and is not shared or processed in any other way.

UpPromote App

The UpPromote application is used to track your rewards. It is a third-party application that provides independent measurement and evaluation of the rewards you have earned.

How do I register for the app?

Registration for the program takes place via this registration form in the UpPromote application.

We will then review and evaluate your application. We usually respond within 7 days. If you do not receive a response (approval/rejection) from us within this period, please contact our customer support.

How do I log in to the app?

Log in at this page. Please use the email address you provided during registration to log in.

How do I find my discount code?

In the app, choose "Dashboard" and in the "Affiliate coupon" section, you will find a discount code for your followers.

Why are some of my rewards in "pending" status?

These are rewards for some of these orders:

  • the order has not yet been shipped. Customers can also order goods that are not in stock and that we put into production. The dispatch of these orders can take up to 2 months depending on current production capacities.
  • the order has been shipped, but the customer requests a change (exchange/return)
  • the order has been shipped and we are waiting for the expiry of the period within which the customer can return the order

Can I use an affiliate link to earn rewards?

Yes. In the dashboard, you will find your unique affiliate link, which you can share with your followers.

Orders placed through this link are automatically assigned to your account and count towards your rewards.

To be safe, we also recommend sharing your discount code, which will guarantee customers a discount on their purchase even if they don't use the affiliate link.
